    Q. What makes and models do you sell replacement parts for?

    A. US Eagle sells replacement parts for RAM, Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth and Fiat vehicles. Most applications are for models from the late 1990's and newer. We do have some applications that go back to the 1980's.

    Q. Are your parts new or used?

    A. All parts that we sell are brand new. We do not sell used parts.

    Q. Are your parts OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)?

    A. All our parts are considered aftermarket. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, which means the parts are made by the same company that makes the vehicle. OEM parts are typically sold through the dealership and are generally more expensive than aftermarket parts.

    Although not OEM, our parts are manufactured to the highest standards and for best fitment. We back all our parts with our outstanding 2 Year / 24,000 Mile warranty against defects.

    Q. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

    A. You can be confident in knowing that every replacement part that you purchase from US Eagle Parts is covered by our industry-leading 2 Year / 24,000 Mile warranty against material defects. This is double the industry standard. We also offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return a part for any reason, as long as it hasn't been installed, used or damaged.     Q. Will using aftermarket parts void a new car's warranty?

    A. Using aftermarket parts for replacement or repairs will not void your new car's warranty. The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act specifically forbids manufacturers from forcing consumers to use name brand parts on their vehicles. However, modifying or tuning your car may go against your car's warranty coverage.

    Q. Do you offer a best price guarantee?

    A. Yes! If you find the same, exact part being sold at a price lower than our advertised price, simply fill out our contact form and provide the link(s) to the same part that is being sold elsewhere at the cheaper price. Upon confirmation, we will beat that price.

    If you already purchased the part(s) from us, and found it cheaper elsewhere, you have 4 business days from the date of your order to request our best price guarantee. Upon confirmation, we will refund you the difference.

    Please Note: We do not beat prices on used, remanufactured or refurbished parts. The part you are claiming must be the same exact part, with the same fitment and application.

    Q. Do you offer installation advice or help?

    A. Installation advice is something that we cannot provide. We suggest taking the part(s) you purchase from us and having a professional, licensed mechanic do the installation/repair for you.

    Q. We are a professional service/repair shop. Can we get set up for resale and not be charged sales tax?

    A. Absolutely. You'll need to first create an account on our site. Afterwards, please open a support ticket and provide a copy of your resale certificate, as well as the email address you used to create your account. Upon confirmation, we'll update your account for resale status.

    Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

    A. At this time, US Eagle Parts ships only within the United States.
