    Shipping and Return Policy


    How We Ship

    Most orders ship by USPS or UPS. Oversized items will ship either via UPS Ground or Freight Truck.

    Where We Ship

    At this time, US Eagle Parts ships only to addresses within the United States. Credit cards used for orders must be issued from the United States.

    Free Shipping

    To qualify for free shipping, an individual order must have a total value of parts of $45 or more.

    Free shipping is available only for orders shipped via standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 United States. Expedited shipping methods will incur a shipping fee.

    Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight. These parts are considered as Oversize and do not qualify for free shipping. If a part is Oversize, it will be marked as such on the part's detail page.

    Expedited Shipping

    If you need your parts sooner, you can select from a number of expedited shipping methods. When you checkout, you'll see the different expedited shipping options available and how much they cost. Options include UPS Next Day, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select.

    Damaged Shipments

    All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please open a support ticket for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

    Refunds & Returns

    All items sold by US Eagle Parts come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can arrange a return. After 60 days, a returned item is no longer eligible for a refund.

    In order to receive a refund, a returned item must be in new, uninstalled condition. An installed item is not eligible for a refund. If an installed item appears to be defective and is covered by our limited warranty, it may be eligible for a replacement of the original.

    All shipping charges are not refunded. On exchange of defective products, US Eagle Parts will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product.

    Warranty

    All parts sold at US Eagle Parts are covered by a 2-Year/24,000 Mile warranty against material defects.

    All warranties begin on the date of purchase and apply only to the original purchaser. If an item fails during intended use before its warranty expiration, it can be exchanged for a new replacement of the original item. Warranties cover only the cost of the item and do not cover any damage, labor, return shipping costs, or any other inconveniences incurred. An item that has been installed is not eligible to be returned for a refund but may be eligible for a replacement of the original item.

    For a new replacement item to be covered under warranty, the failed item it is replacing must be returned to US Eagle Parts within 60 days of receiving return instructions.

    Return Authorizations

    All returns require authorization. Before shipping anything to us, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns sent to us without authorization and/or an RMA number may not be honored.

    Important! Do not send returns to our PO Box address. We will provide you with a proper street address with your return instructions.
